Biography:
Mr. Frank holds a B.A. degree in Education from Concordia, River Forest, Illinois and an M.S. degree from Indiana University (IPFW). His experience includes 40 years of teaching, most of them at the 5th grade level.
Mr. Frank is a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church where he is the organist and adult choir director. He has also directed children's, junior, and high school choirs at the church. His wife, Kathy, a former Lutheran teacher, is Education Supervisor for all of the CANI Head Start sites in Allen County. One of his sons, Mark, and family live in Indianapolis as does his older daughter, Lisa, and family. Another daughter, Emilie, lives in Muncie while his youngest son, Michael, is a senior at IPFW. Ren and Kathy have four grandchildren.

In his spare time, Mr. Frank enjoys landscaping and cooking.
