National Lutheran Schools Week
March 4-10, 2012

"Securing Each Child's Future...Equipped"

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable
for teaching, for reproof, for correction,
and for training in righteousness,
that the man of God may be competent,
equipped for every good work. - 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Christian Education is a very big part of the history of the Lutheran church. Lutheran schoools are one way we reach out and share the Gospel daily with children and their families.

The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod celebrates Lutheran schools with "National Lutheran Schools Week" each year.  We recognize and thank God for the blessings of Lutheran schols in the lives of our children.

 Lutheran South Unity School

 Excellence  in  Christ-Centered  Education

  •  Excellence:  Teachers and students strive to excel in every aspect of their daily lives and work.  We received National Lutheran School Accreditation in May of 2011 which was approved by the state of Indiana.
  •  Christ-centered:  The redeeming power of Christ's resurrection is preached, taught and witnessed through action in the halls and classrooms every day.
  •  Education:  Lutheran South Unity provides a top-notch education.  Our students have a proven record of scoring significantly higher than the state averages of other surrounding schools on standardized testing.  We earned Exemplary status from the state of Indiana for our ISTEP+ scores of 2011.

Please browse our Web Page to learn more about our system of education.  Then contact the school to find out how Lutheran South Unity School could assist you in raising intelligent, responsible, faith-motivated children who will grow to be the future leaders of our world.
