Mrs. Scaer has a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education with an emphasis in social studies. Currently she is working on a master’s degree in psychology. She taught at Ascension Lutheran School for three years in various positions in grades fifth through eighth grades. Primarily she worked in the areas of Social Studies and English/Language Arts. She and her husband are members of Ascension Lutheran Church.

John Scaer, her husband, and she have a baby daughter named Clara. She enjoys hiking and reading a good book. A good cup of coffee is also one of her favorites!

Mrs. Scaer loves Lutheran Education. It gives the teachers the privilege to share the good news of Christ crucified and risen for sinners with our students.
