Steps for Enrollment

• Complete the Online Registration at https://forms.gle/6hNUjTXZZQ4V...
• Submit the registration fee:
• Log on to FastDirect (https://ssl.fastdir.com/LSUS/) and submit payment. (contact the office if you need help with your login information)
• Pay in the office with cash/credit/money order/check
• Apply for scholarships and financial assistance:
  • SGO FORM: LSGO Application Form 2025 26 fillable
    • Fill out fillable form, save, download and email to blytle@lsusfw.org or secretary@lsusfw.org
• Submit an updated copy of the student’s shot records
• Families are notified as to their status regarding scholarships and financial aid
